At KitchenPro Hub, we aim to deliver your order quickly, securely, and with full transparency. Please reviews our shipping and returns policy below. 

🚚 Order Processing 

  • All orders require 3–7 business days for processing and preparation before shipment. 

  • You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order has shipped. 

📦 Shipping Times 

  • Average delivery: 2–5 business days after your order has shipped. 

  • Please note delivery times may be affected by external factors such as holidays, severe weather, carrier delays, or natural disasters. Once shipped, responsibility for timing rests with the carrier. 

✏️ Order Changes & Cancellations 

  • You may cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase at no penalty, provided it has not yet shipped. 

  • Entered the wrong shipping address? Contact us within 24 hours and we’ll gladly update it before shipment. 

  • 🔒 All Sales Final 

  • All sales are final. We do not accept returns or issue refunds for non-defective reasons (e.g., change of mind, wrong size/color). 

  • If your order arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, we will provide either a free replacement or a full refund—your choice. 

🛡️ Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items 

If your order arrives with an issue, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include: 

  1. Your order number 

  1. Clear photos or video showing the defect, damage, or incorrect item 

Once verified, we’ll process a replacement shipment at no cost or issue a full refund to your original payment method.
