Return & Refund Policy – KitchenPro Hub 

At KitchenPro Hub, customer satisfaction is very important to us. Please review our policy carefully before making a purchase. 

🔒 All Sales Are Final 

  • We do not accept returns or issue refunds for change of mind, wrong size/color selection, or any non-defective reason. 

  • Please check product details and specifications carefully before placing your order. 

🛡️ Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items 

If your order arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, we will gladly provide a full refund or send a replacement item at no additional cost. 

To qualify, please: 

  • Report the issue within 30 days of delivery. 

  • Provide your order number, clear photos or video showing the issue, and a brief description. 

Return shipping will be covered by us only when a return is required. 
Refunds are issued to the original payment method once we confirm the issue and, if necessary, receive the returned item. Please note that banks/card issuers may require additional time to process the refund. 

⚠️ Items returned to us without prior authorization will not be accepted. 

🚫 Non-Returnable Items 

For health, safety, and customization reasons, the following items cannot be returned: 

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants) 

  • Personalized or custom-made products 

  • Personal care & hygiene items (e.g., beauty tools) 

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases 

  • Sale items and gift cards 

🔄 Exchanges 

We do not offer direct exchanges. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, we will either issue a full refund or send a replacement once approved. 

⚖️ Legal Rights & EU Customers 

This policy does not affect your statutory rights. 

  • EU customers may have a 14-day cooling-off period to cancel most online purchases. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Please contact us at support@kitchenprohub.co for assistance.
